  Loved Barre 3 in Newport! Probably the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a workout studio. I’m a travel healthcare worker & joined the unlimited membership for ~3months. It was my first time trying barre but didn’t feel intimidating at all. Rebecca & all of the instructors were so kind, friendly & have such a passion for helping women feel their best. Highly recommend!!

  I’ve been going to Barre 3 for over 10 years now. I can’t say enough about the people here, they really do care about each experience, every time I go I feel welcomed and I know the instructors will help encourage me to do my best every time. This is not a stereotypical boutique gym, this is a place you go to get the very best workout you can while feeling right at home. I am so happy I found this place all those years ago!

  I cannot recommend Barre3 highly enough. The instructors are phenomenal, so welcoming and genuinely knowledgeable about fitness. They pay attention to everyone and make sure you get the most out of class. Since starting at Barre3, I have noticed a huge improvement in my core strength and balance, which are two areas of priority for me. The workouts are challenging, but modifications are included for every level. Beyond the fitness benefits, the community aspect is the best part. This studio appeals to people of all ages. I’ve felt like a welcome part of the community from my very first class. I highly recommend Barre3.

  Visited this location on a girls trip to Newport. Even before the trip, the studio was able to correct a purchasing error quickly (and were so nice about it). The instructor was kind and took time to give my friends the low down since they hadn't taken a barre class before. Location is a quick drive from downtown with ample parking. Def recommend.

  I’m so glad this studio changed to Barre 3. I feel that you are much less prone to injury with these classes formats. They cover every area of the body to feel lengthened, toned and strong. The teachers are lovely and competent. The studio is a bright, clean, and cheerful space. I highly recommend it.
