They are very well trained, knowledgeable and personable. Precise instruction. I always feel safe. For extra oomph- I’m a 500 hour E-RYT, YACEP who’s been teaching yoga for 16 years. I know proficient instruction when I experience it. Great studio. Excellent teachers.

There is only a class of 12 so its great to always have a small class. The classes are always changed up so you can work different parts of your body. I came because I had hip pain and it feel great as long as I keep attending my classes. I love it here. It has become my happy place.
