- RARobert Aldridge1 day ago5.0I came to Dr. Hazelton experiencing severe symptoms from binocular vision dysfunction. Driving especially on the highway had become extremely difficult, and I was fully prepared for my concerns not to be taken seriously. Instead, Dr. Hazelton was amazing. She listened to me, took my symptoms seriously, and quickly scheduled the appropriate testing. The results confirmed that I did, in fact, have BVD. She thoroughly explained my treatment options, including Neurolens glasses, vision therapy, or a combination of both. I ultimately chose the Neurolens glasses, which took approximately three weeks to arrive. There was some miscommunication between the front desk staff and me during that process, but I take full responsibility for that. I cannot recommend Dr. Hazelton enough. Before treatment, I was white-knuckling my steering wheel and bordering on a panic attack every time I had to drive on the highway. Now, I feel like my old self again. I can comfortably take the hour-and-a-half road trips that I used to make regularly without any issues. I genuinely feel like I have my life back, and I have Dr. Hazelton to thank for that.

I figured I’d physically see the space/staff before committing. The office is welcoming, clean and the staff are all kind and knowledgeable. Turns out the staff member who helped with my appointment was Dr. Hazelton, the owner of the practice. It was lovely to see leadership front of house. I can’t wait to go in to pickup my new glasses next week!
