- ECE C6 days ago5.0The Garden City location is very nice - there are many frame options to choose from. Kim was very helpful and professional. She helped me choose just the right frame and handled the whole process with great care. She is a gem and I look forward to receiving my new glasses.
- LMLynn ManningNov 1, 20265.0Kim was very helpful in my choosing a new frame style. She also adjusted both my reading glasses and sunglasses for me while shopping in your Garden City location.
- KHKim HorynOct 31, 20265.0Considering I was delayed by traffic and arrived at 5:30 pm, knowing Warby Parker closes at 6:00 pm, the retail staff could not have been more kind, patient, courteous and helpful. I walked out a few minutes after 6 pm, knowing my selected frames were in the works. The customer service is excellent, and as always, the selections are affordable, varied, up-to-date - and there is always something for everyone.
- LALeslie AnneOct 29, 20265.0I was welcomed into the store and directed on time to the eye exam. The process was well explained and completed within a short time, so that I was then able to look over and purchase a new pair of glasses and place my order within an hour.
- JPJanaiya PrestlyOct 28, 20265.0I had such a great experience at Warby Parker! I had the pleasure working with Candice she was such an amazing help. Not only did she get me right where I needed but we had a great time getting there. She was so helpful and delightful. I’m so glad I had a chance to get help from her!
