This was my very first time stepping inside a Warby Parker store, and I have to say, I'm very impressed. The lighting, decor, and overall vibe are modern and inviting. They have an excellent inventory with a lot of the same trendy styles I usually see online and in my fashion magazines (and at more affordable prices). The customer service was top-notch—Melissa, took the time to introduce herself, quickly show me around, and point out some of the most popular picks and personal favorites (she was just as stylish). What I appreciated most was that even after the warm intro, I was still able to browse around at my own pace with zero judgment or pushy sales tactics. I will definitely give them a try for my next pair. I even mentioned the visit to the girls at the hair salon afterward, and apparently, I’ve been missing out—they said this is the go-to spot for eyewear in Cranston/Garden City.

I needed an extra large frame for my big head that was stylish and comfortable, a prescription sunglass lense that was best suited for golfing without being too dark. John knew exactly what I needed.
