I had a good idea of what I wanted and didn’t want, and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The Sales Representative was extremely helpful in choosing a style. I was going to buy 1 pair of glasses and when I mentioned that I had money in my limited purpose FSA that I would probably lose, he suggested buying 2 pair and there was a discount for the 2nd pair. He didn’t pressure me and it made perfect sense. The process is very easy and selection is varied.
