  The entire staff, from Dr. Shin to Vicky and everyone in-between, was absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, sense of humor, and camaraderie throughout the shop made getting an exam and glasses such a delight! Would highly recommend this Warby Parker location!!!

  I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker! I stopped in to get some information about my sunglasses because the lenses had started developing a crackling effect. Vicky was amazing. She took the time to explain what may have caused it and made the whole process incredibly easy. She was able to order me a replacement pair, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable, kind, and helpful she was throughout the visit. Excellent customer service, and I'm so grateful for all of her help. Thank you, Vicky!

  All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated that the optometrist spoke Korean, which made the visit much easier and more comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office.

  had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Montvale location. While the staff was always kind and courteous, the level of incompetence throughout the entire process was unacceptable. First, my daughter’s eyeglass prescription was entered incorrectly. After waiting 10 days for her glasses to arrive, we discovered she couldn’t see out of them at all because the prescription had been transcribed incorrectly. We then had to return to the office so the order could be corrected, resulting in even more delays. At the same time, I ordered contact lenses for her. When the order finally arrived, they sent two boxes of left-eye contact prescriptions and never processed or contacted me about the right-eye contact lens. This was another preventable mistake that wasted even more of my time. Mistakes can happen, but multiple errors involving both glasses and contact lenses show a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. If you value your time and expect your prescription to be handled accurately the first time, I would not recommend this location.

  I have a negative experience with online glasses with a different company so this time I wanted to try Warby Parker. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of different styles in the store. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the composition and style of glasses that best suited me. I ended up buying titanium frames of both a regular Progressive lens and sunglasses. I would definitely buy glasses from them again. I could have bought my glasses locally, but I actually traveled 48 minutes to get to the Warby Parker store.
