- MWMorgan WhiteJul 15, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this location mainly because it’s convenient and close by—not because it’s the best studio. The classes are fine, but convenience has been the biggest reason I’ve continued attending. My main issue is the inconsistent enforcement of the late-entry policy. On Monday, someone was allowed into class nearly 12 minutes after it started. Today, for the first time, I arrived 6 minutes late and was told the cutoff is 5 minutes. I understand and respect having a policy, but it should be enforced consistently for every customer. That inconsistency is what prompted this review. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Solidcore up the street near Whole Foods instead.

The environment, staff and people are so welcoming and gives you the personal attention you want. Vanessa, Courtney and Valerie are also the best instructors and their classes always challenge me. There is a while variety of classes that you will feel you’re getting your fitness goals met - Suspend, Reformer 2 (now 2.5 on mondays), Cardio Sculpt.
