Life Unlimited – St. Joseph proudly serves Northwest Missouri through two specialized programs designed to meet the unique needs of our community. Our Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program supports Medicaid-eligible older adults by helping them remain safely and independently in their own homes with the care they choose. We also offer a day program for adults with developmental disabilities, providing opportunities for community involvement, skill-building, recreation, and meaningful social connections in a welcoming environment.
