I used the cardio machines, checked out the weight area, and liked that the setup was easy to move through. The gym had a comfortable, no-pressure feel, which made it easy to focus and get my workout done.

There were problems with the roof before that. It use to be my favorite gym. With silver sneakers, I can go just about anywhere. I pay a little extra for Les Mills classes. But I may start looking around.

He makes it easy to follow..I have noticed in the last couple of weeks my restless legs syndrome is gone. Praise God and Joshua !!!

The various programs that I have been following for the past year and a half provide good instructional videos so I can work on perfecting my form. After initially being reluctant to join group classes, I decided to pursue some novel stimulus. The senior stretching and strength classes taught by Josh Rothman have given me more confidence in performing compound lifts. The Gold and Fit classes also taught by Josh are mentally and physically challenging as I learn to connect movement with specific joints and muscles. Guess it's never too late to learn new moves and it's a pleasure with such an inspiring teacher!
