- JFJames Flowers2 days ago5.0The best and friendliest gym I've been in ever. I left and joined another gym. I won't call the name, but I've only went two times. And they took $390 dollars out of my account for a trainer. For i never got, didn't know they as me do i need a trainer for free when I joined. To get me back into workout shape. Notice I said free. I found out from the police department that this is a silver matter. Very hard to win. I never had that experience with "Youfit". And I'm glad I've returned.
- JKJohn KurzmanMay 28, 20265.0Josh the Trainer is terrific. Many trainers 'just have a routine'. But Josh is constantly tailoring the workout to the individual. I will see him doing one set of things with one person, and an entirely different with another, and that in itself is a big thing. But even moreso, he starts each workout with a question about the day and what we might work on, and if I'm having trouble with a particular exercise, due to my bad shoulder, etc, he quickly adapts. He has done more for me than physical therapy, while also having me get in the target zone and making sure I get alot out of each session. He more than makes up for the problems of working with the front desk and contracts. The gym also has a great wide range of equipment, much better than small gyms or Planet Fitness that I've tried before. But the best part is training by Josh.
