We had our first experience at Yoga 6 for the Restore class. This was amazing! We left feeling amazing, relaxed and stretched. We are hooked! This was one of the best yoga classes I have ever gone to! You must try Yoga 6!

Very nice studio!! I loved that they have stickers showing you exactly where to place your mat, it made everything feel so organized. Sydney was a great instructor and set such a lovely, welcoming tone for the flow class! Can’t wait to come back!

Love this studio and Katie’s classes! The room gets nice and hot and I’m particularly fond of the mat markers on the floor. Makes for ZERO confusion of where the open spots are and are spaced appropriately so you’re not bumping into your neighbor.
