  Yoga sculpt with Cori is such a great workout. Her curated playlists are perfect to keep up the energy during a tiring high energy class. I always feel like I get a great workout and she’s encouraging the whole time.

  This was my first hot yoga session; I am glad it was at YogaSix. I was greeted with professionalism and patience and given clear instructions, leaving me feeling at ease from the start. Sam’s class was a wonderful mix of strength and flow that I would definitely take consistently! The space itself is clean and comfortable to be in. I was thoroughly impressed.

  Went for the first time this week. Very friendly staff that was proud of the community. The instructor Katie was awesome. Great workout and had a great power flow! Highly recommend!

  Yoga six is a nice, low key yoga studio. It’s a lovely way to enjoy the “warm/hot yoga” experience without feeling like you are going to die lol. Staff is very kind and helpful. No judgement zone. I really look forward to going to class. It’s not cheap, but the memberships are a pretty good value, especially the unlimited one. If you want the benefits of yoga without the highbrow pretense, try YogaSix.

  Awesome class, best Yoga workout I’ve done. The extra cardio & weights make for a challenging but not draining workout. Instructor was top notch, clear on the mic & super helpful. Studio super clean. Will def return 💪🏼
