  As a massage therapist and massage educator, I've received more massages than I can count over the years, and I can honestly say that the massage I received from Anna at Theta Massage was one of the best I've ever had. I've known Anna for years and was fortunate enough to receive a massage from her while she was still in massage school. She was impressive then, but she has continued to refine her craft and has become an exceptional therapist. Her office in downtown St. Petersburg is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing, but it was Anna's skill, intuition, and presence that truly stood out. I don't typically relax enough to drift off during a massage—my educator brain is usually paying attention to technique, pressure, flow, and mechanics—but I found myself completely letting go in her capable hands. I may have even dozed off for a bit, which is incredibly rare for me. Anna has a remarkable ability to blend technical skill with a calming, therapeutic presence. The session was both deeply relaxing and highly effective. I left feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I cannot recommend Theta Massage highly enough. Whether you're looking for pain relief, stress reduction, or simply an outstanding massage experience, Anna is truly one of the best.

  Soooo good. Amazing. Just beautiful. Anna was genuinely interested in learning about me and what my body is dealing with and then tailored a session with the perfect amount of deep massage, then fascia work, then a little lymphatic drainage. It felt like she knew what my body needed better than me, so next time, I'm gonna say, "Do what you feel I need today."
