  Horrible customer service. As a first-time visitor, I was really disappointed by my experience. There was no mention anywhere in the ClassPass booked class “Details” section that grip socks were required. Every other studio I’ve booked through ClassPass that requires grip socks clearly lists it at the top of the class details (not just on the studio about section) so first-time clients don’t miss it. I actually own several pairs of grip socks, but because it wasn’t listed, I didn’t think to bring them. After driving 15 minutes to the studio, I was met with a very unaccommodating, “sorry, I don’t care” attitude. I wasn’t allowed to borrow a pair of socks for a single class, wasn’t offered a refund or credit, and wasn’t given any solution other than spending money on their socks.. even them knowing Id have to pay a cancellation fee for missing a class. I completely understand that studios have policies, but a quality fitness studio cares about people and it matters how you treat people, especially first-time clients. A little flexibility or even an attempt to help would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like this isn’t a studio that genuinely cares about people.

  if you're looking to get FIT and SKINNY without bulking up barre is a perfect workout! expect for the first classes to be HARD. you really test your core and leg strength, and might be surprised how much you can improve in your fitness! classic and reform are my personal favorites, but they have something for everybody no matter what your fitness goals are :)

  I love the Pure Barre community, the challenging workouts, the different formats and the amazing instructors! Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive and I always come out of the studio feeling better than I did before going in. Of course the long term benefits are incredible and I feel stronger now in my late 50’s than I did in my 40’s!
