Michelle Mottern, PMHNP, FNP is the owner and primary practitioner of Mosaic Brain Health, where she leads a personalized approach to mental health care across Florida. Michelle is a dedicated and experienced psychiatric professional offering both in-person and Telehealth services. With a strong track record of success, Michelle specializes in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse Disorder, and Depression. She conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Treatment plans may include Therapy and/or medication with a strong emphasis on Medication Management.
