She patiently took the time to fine-tune my prescription to perfection and made sure every detail was right. Afterward, Isaac helped me select frames that complemented my face shape and recommended the perfect lenses for my needs. His expertise and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It has now been 11 months since my purchase, and I continue to be very satisfied with my decision. Recently, my lenses became scratched and my frame was damaged. Because I purchased the protection plan, I was able to bring my glasses back, and both issues were covered without any hassle.
