We accept major insurance plans, including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield/FL Blue and United Healthcare (Oxford/Oscar/Optum), making it easier for you to access the support you need. For those who prefer self-pay, all of our therapists offer a sliding scale. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can receive the care they deserve, regardless of their financial situation. We have offices in St. Petersburg, FL. We also provide support throughout the entire state of Florida through telehealth sessions to bring our mental health services right to your couch.
