  WOW IS WHAT I CAN SAY,NOT ONLY WAS MARY THE RECEPTIONIST SO COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL....Dr Ronald Hapanowicz did my hearing test made me very understanding of test ...eased me thru it and explained it..Super people I could really just hug them both and brought tears to know I can be helped...great place to go!!   My husband and I are so grateful for Ron & Mary at AudioNova St. Petersburg. Ron is attentive and thorough, fitting us with the correct hearing aids for each of us. He is courteous, timely and very knowledgeable. He follows up meticulously on any adjustments we may need. We consider him as a valuable partner in our health care as he continues to guide us to deal with hearing loss. Mary is the face of the office. From the moment we walk through the door, she demonstrates kindness, concern, aptitude and genuine customer service in helping us through the ongoing process of keeping our hearing aids functional and on pointe.   Mary at the front desk is always so cheerful and helpful. Dr Chicorelli is so kind and helpful and compassionate. I just love them both!
