  I work 8-5 pm most days in patient care so taking time off is often difficult to accommodate my patients and myself. I walked into Audibel late in the day because I needed some hearing aid repair/cleaning. The office staff and Keith were welcoming and accommodated me almost right away. I have had hearing aids since birth practically and I have seen many audiologists. Keith is warm, thorough and knowledgable. I was expecting Keith to take one look at my hearing aids and send them off to manufacturing but he took his time cleaning them and even asked to hold onto to them for additional cleaning prior to sending then off. I highly recommend Audibel and will be recommending Audibel to my patients as well.

  Been going to Audible for years now have my second set of aides Keith is an expert in his field always in concerned for the client listens and solves any issues, and the office staff Cindy really knows her job friendly and outgoing this is my 4th set of aides since early 2000 's gotten 2 set elsewhere and never have had the service I get from Keith at Audible. Kudo to Keith and Cindy.

  Keith is one of the best and knowledgeable in regard to hearing loss issues. He is patient, kind and explains things so I can understand. I'm an 86 year old male and I am so thankful that he works with me. Highly recommend him.
