StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Pike Creek offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- DDDesMay 22, 20261.0I attended one intro session here after my boyfriend surprised me with a Valentine’s Day gift package that was supposed to be something relaxing and enjoyable, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. I live an hour away, yet I felt extremely pressured into purchasing additional sessions and upgrades even after explaining my situation. The cancellation policy was never clearly explained to me, including the fact that canceled appointments would result in losing prepaid sessions. After canceling appointments, I was denied any refund and lost the full $299 package despite only using one intro session. What made the experience even worse was how rude and dismissive the woman at the front desk was when I tried to discuss the issue. I understand businesses have policies, but transparency, professionalism, and customer service matter too. I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing up to carefully review all policies before purchasing.
