- NDNancy DeCreaseMar 17, 20225.0My friend and I went to Liana's studio to see what a sound bath was all about. Not knowing what to expect, we donned ourselves in comfortable clothes to prepare for this experience. Liana gave us a yoga mat, blanket and light canceling glasses. Once on the floor lying comfortably, she began her "gonging" (for lack of a better term), using both metal and crystal bowls, a large gong and chimes. It was a great time to meditate and relax. I would definitely return.
