  After switching dental insurance, I had to switch dentist offices and decided to go with New Concept Dental since it’s right down the road from my house. I’m very happy with that decision. I had a pretty extensive appointment yesterday, two crowns and a filling, and ended up being there for several hours. Shout-out to Dr. Monet, Lisa, and Brittany for going above and beyond to make sure I was in as little pain as possible. Unlike experiences I’ve had with dentists in the past, they actually listened when I told them the anesthesia was wearing off and gave me more when needed to make sure I stayed comfortable throughout the procedures. They’re able to make crowns right in the office, which is incredibly convenient, although it does mean some waiting while they’re being made. One of my crowns wasn’t fitting quite right because my teeth are very close together and grooved, so they took the time to make a new one rather than settling for a fit that was too tight or asking me to come back for another appointment. What really stood out to me was how kind everyone was throughout the entire day. The staff continually checked on me, chatted with me, and genuinely kept me company during all of the waiting. Spending several hours at the dentist obviously isn’t how anyone wants to spend their day, but they made the experience so much better than it could have been. I really appreciated how friendly, kind, and thorough everyone was, and I’m very happy I chose New Concept Dental!

  Tati, Shonda, Rosie and Dr Monet thank you so much for making me very comfortable and relaxed, especially with someone who deals with very bad anxiety/ panic attacks. Your staff is amazing and looking to seeing you all soon.

  I’ve been coming to this practice for many, many, years now, and finally had enough after a third visit was randomly canceled in their system. You will never get a call back from this practice, you will never get through to inquire about an appointment, and their billing system is wildly inaccurate. To whomever runs this practice since whatever purge took place here a few years ago, do yourself a favor and hire some of the old staff back. I’ve certainly had enough of my time and money wasted. To potential new patients, do yourself a favor and go to Concord Dental or Graylyn Dental.

  I love how cheerful and professional everyone is. I love Dr. Waters and Dr Monet and my hygienist Shonda. They do a great job! Dr Monet did my filling and it was fast and painless. Dr Waters has extracted a tooth on my teenage daughter and did a filling for my 11 year old daughter and they both love her. They said they had no pain at all, and that they felt very relaxed.We are moving next week, but we will still drive an extra 20 minutes to go to New Concept dental because my kids love it much more than their old dentist.
