  Office staff is bad. It took forever to make an appointment. I took off of work, to find out mybappoint was canceled. No one called me, texted, or emailed that my appointment was canceled.

  Right on time and efficient. Hygienist is always very thorough. All staff asked if I had any issues or questions and I felt they had my best interests in mind. Everyone was friendly and made my visit a more pleasant experience.

  Today I had an extended procedure with Dr. Hasan Sandhu at New Concept Dental that went very well. I had a lower incisor with a root canal done 2 years ago to stave off disintegration of the root. The time has come to have the tooth addressed. We discussed options and started today on our agreed upon path - problem tooth extracted and temporary bridge placed; permanent bridge will be made and placed after extraction site heals. Dr. Sandhu and his dental technician were professional and congenial; I felt no pain, minimal discomfort, and no anxiety. The front desk professional, Kay, was helpful in setting up next appointment in the process and answering.my questions. This situation was my introduction to Dr. Sandhu as my dentist; my former dentist has moved to another practice site. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Sandhu from the start; my dental care has been in good hands at New Concept Dental ever since I began coming to the office, over 15 years ago.

  I heard so many positive things from my family regarding the medical team to only feel turned away by the administration staff member (male with scheduling). He did not seem interested in helping me. It was several weeks of trying to receive an appointment to no avail even after completing the online registration and providing my dental insurance. Extremely disappointed.

They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. The hygienist did an excellent job and was incredibly gentle and attentive, while the dentist was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The entire experience was outstanding, and I really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend New Concept Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care in the Wilmington area!
