Since being on the program in September I have lost a total of 25 pounds. The support and understanding is what I needed. When I have questions someone is always available. I’ve tried a lot of Weightloss programs in the past with not much success with staying on them. However I now look forward to every appointment, for someone like me who is shy and was embarrassed to take this step, I have felt comfortable from the day of the assessment.
