  The person (I didn’t catch her name) who did my testing was excellent! She was knowledgeable and friendly. When I felt a little light headed she responded immediately to make sure I was ok. I would recommend her to anyone needing allergy testing!

  He is very professional, listened to understand what was going on with my daughter and we came up with a plan together. He didn’t rush the visit and he spoke to my daughter who was the patient. He was running a bit behind schedule but he was very apologetic and his bedside manner made up for that.

  This physician is very attentive, personal, & caring! Not only does she address me as a patient but she is always concerned with me as a person! In all aspects of life! I just love this physician. She always seems happy to see her patients and is happy to help in any way possible!

  I have been a patient here for over 10 years, going back to the practice at Shallcross Ave. Love my allergy doctor, the ladies in the shot room, and the front desk staff. However, today I was turned away for being one minute past the usual 15 minute grace period for appointments. There was a traffic accident on my way that prevented me from being earlier. I called multiple times from the road and could only get in touch with ENTAD’s call center in India. To top things off, I’m only five months postpartum with twins - it’s difficult to schedule any time away, so I became visibly upset when turned away this afternoon. The kind woman at the front desk was empathetic and asked for the allergy testing person to come up front to speak with me. That person refused. The rudeness was embarrassing and unfeeling, leaving the front desk to try to smooth things over. I will be following up with a manager because this experience was completely unsatisfactory.
