  In 20 years I have only had one unpleasant experience. And then they corrected the foolishness within the very next appointment. I appreciate the ENT corporation.

  I have been a patient for a couple of years , Dr Luft is a great doctor, But, the wait is ridiculous. Way, way too long to be seen by the doctor.

  For the most the office on centre rd is much better than Folkstone was when I went there. It is ridiculous that a hearing appt and hearing aids cannot be done at same appt. I have worn them for about 20 yrs this is the first time I have been told this. We should be able to do this in one appt not have to return. I just tried again on hold and never got to talk with anyone! Additionally I have called twice and left msgs with no return CB. one was on the nurse line and one was i guess the front desk. When we call it is impossible to get someone at the same location we are seen. Whomever answers doesn't know our case and also isn't giving our msgs to staff/nurse to CB. I work in a hospital so I know the importance to cb a patient. Your vendor adept/ocean health is impossible to deal with. First i talked to adept thought they were shipping my cpap. Then ocean health texted couldn't be bothered to call me. Said there was no record of my conversation with adept. So who got my PII/PHI? Do I have check my credit report for scam? Makes me nervous! Plus its been a month? since all this started, maybe more. I gave 3 stars because my first appt i did not have a long wait like others but the waiting room was pretty empty when I got there. It was filling up by the time I left.

  Doctor Squadrito was professional, thorough and had a plan. Appointment was at 9:15. I was called back at 9:10 with the doctor coming in after the tech brought me back.

  Have a Thyroid issue. Many ultrasounds and treatments to manage. Concerning nodule is now 1”. Having a lot of pain and irritation in my neck now but can’t get back in to see Dr Hockstein anytime soon. Can’t talk to anyone- everything is automated.
