  Absolute garbage management and zero empathy. They do not care about patients, only profit! We scheduled an 11:15 AM appointment a week in advance. Both my child and I had to take time off from school and work, and we skipped lunch to arrive early at 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, the waiting room was completely overcrowded, packed like a cattle market. After waiting patiently for an entire hour until 12:00 PM, I inquired at the front desk. To my shock, I was told it would be at least another 30-minute wait. Expecting a patient to wait over 1.5 to 2 hours past their scheduled time is ridiculous and an absolute joke. You hold every patient’s file and schedule; there is no excuse for such terrible time management unless you are deliberately double-booking to maximize money. As a parent bringing a child for medical evaluation, our anxiety was already high, and this complete lack of respect for our time made an already stressful situation so much worse. Time is life, and wasting patients' time is wasting their lives. I refused to sit there and let them abuse our time. I canceled today's appointment on the spot and permanently canceled all future appointments for my child at this clinic. We left immediately so my child could make it back to school by 1:30 PM. Disorganized, greedy, and highly unprofessional. Google requires at least 1 star for a review, but this place doesn't even deserve that. If there were an option for 0 stars, I would absolutely give them a zero. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and your family’s sanity.

  Excellent professional care. Went in with a hearing question and he addressed my "cold" and treated my sinus infection. I should be better soon...and my ear drums are free of wax!!!

  Had an appointment to check up on an issue I had with my nose. Was very nice environment, and doctor Hockstein was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and concisely. Definitely recommend.

  Dr. Song explained each stage of the testing process. She thoughtfully responded to my questions. The office staff, like Dr. Moon, was kind and efficient.

  Dr. William Sheppard was the best! For someone who HATES going to any doctor, He made me feel very welcome and comfortable from his very first handshake. He had a great sense of humor which subsided my anxiety. He was very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him. Actually the entire staff was awesome!
