    I saw Anna for a baseline hearing test and for tinnitus. I had never had a hearing test before and was immediately put at ease. She was super kind, patient, and reassuring. Everyone I encountered during my appointment were very kind.

    Office got me in same day as I had an urgent concern. I was called back right on time and Dr. was in less than 5 minutes later. Dr. Sheppard was great, would highly recommend.
