I loved learning about the different apparatus and trying the various movements. Although I'm still a bit nervous about joining a Level 1 group class, I appreciated taking the time to discuss my options. We decided that starting with private sessions would be the best way for me to build my confidence before transitioning into a class. I'm excited to begin this journey and look forward to learning, growing, and eventually joining the group classes with confidence.
