I have a connective tissue disorder, and rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, they took the time to provide thoughtful modifications tailored to my needs. Because of their attentiveness and expertise, I’m able to get the absolute most out of every session safely and effectively. That kind of personalized care is rare and means the world to someone managing a chronic condition. The studio itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Everyone (instructors and fellow members alike) are kind, encouraging, and supportive.
