ChristianaCare Primary Care - Center for Hope and Healing at Riverside

The Center for Hope and Healing offers support to people in our community who are struggling with mental, medical and social health problems. The Center was created to give patients access to providers who can help stabilize their health and their lives. Services include: Primary medical care for adults. An appointment with a psychiatric provider. Physical examinations with a focus on preventive care and control of chronic medical conditions Preventive medicine. Immunizations. A complete evaluation by a social worker, who helps patients access community, state and federal resources.
