  Nice enough, but that's all, charged me to REprogram my Phonaks that he messed up. No free hearing test and walked out PAYING $190 and i am exactly where i was when i walked in. Should have disputed it then at the counter. Joke.

  James asked about my current hearing and made an adjustment. So far, everything is working out well. He also thoroughly cleaned my hearing aids.
