  Took my broken pair of glasses to them while on vacation when I seperated a temple from the rims. A delightful lady took them to another room and brought them back to me perfectly repaired. There was no charge for the repair, the cleaning, or the friendly service. Amazing!!!

  As a visitor to Rehoboth Beach, DE, I needed to find an optometrist or optician to make an adjustment to my glasses frames. With good reviews showing for Sterling Optical, I dropped by and was helped within about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I neglected to get the man's name, but the quick adjustment relieved my problem and there was no charge for it. Great customer service!

  I have been wearing eyeglasses for more than 30 years and this is the best experience I have ever had getting the right glasses! Tracy has been phenomenal in helping me get the right frames, lenses and treatments for my particular vision needs. She was able to guide me to the best solution taking into account the vision challenges I have encountered and my personal taste and preferences. As a result, I believe these are the best eyeglasses I have ever had, and my vision is clearer than it has been in the last couple of years. Tracy was also able to accommodate my need to get the glasses quickly due to upcoming travel. Tracy, as well as Mike, is a pleasure to work with. They are truly a cut above any experience I have had getting eyeglasses in the past.

  After a bad experience at a nearby competitor, Sterling came through for me with flying colors. Mike was great to work with - he knows glasses and set me up with a great pair!
