  I showed up about 15 minutes before closing and saw a “Will Return” sign on the door. I waited for 15 minutes, expecting someone to come back. At closing time, a blonde woman came out from the back and appeared to completely ignore me. I knocked on the window several times before she finally acknowledged me and told me they were closed. I understand that businesses have closing times, but if you’re going to leave a “Will Return” sign up, customers shouldn’t be left waiting and then ignored. Very disappointing customer service and not a good experience. I’ve been a regular customer here, but after my experience today, this will be my last time.

  Disappointing experience. I showed the employee what I was looking for, but she said she didn’t know and seemed to be rushing me because they were “closing soon,” even though it wasn’t even noon yet. I expected a more helpful and professional experience.

  Asked if you guys had the cookies by raw. The elder blonde lady said no. I ended up finding them and communicating that to her at which point she decided to go back and forth with me about it. She made it a point to let me know that this is her “retirement job”. I personally don’t care and should have to suffer from bad Customer service because she doesn’t take her job and product knowledge seriously. Thank god I’ll only have to deal with this for 5 more days lol

  Drove 45 minutes to get one thing just to be told they closed at 6pm. Website says open until 8pm. it was 6:01pm… not joking. but she had “already starting doing counts”… seriously?

  Store hours are hit or miss but the staff is incredibly helpful when the store is actually open!
