Very friendly and helpful staff members who are eager to help and willing to give you honest feedback about the look/fit of different frames on your face if you ask.

Both the first representative that I worked with, and the optometrist were phenomenal. They both went above and beyond to educate and fit me with the perfect glasses for my situation. I couldn’t be happier and I will not go. Any place else. The customer service was exceptional!!’

For the past 4 years I have purchased eyeglasses at Warby Parker that has yet to disappoint me with their products . I’ve never been pressured or overwhelmed by the sales team, the store’s array of eyewear is great and displayed in a convenient and organized setup. Ordering and checking out is easy . And merchandise is delivered to my home address. Highly recommend.

I was immediately greeted by friendly, helpful representatives. The selection was good and the prices were reasonable. Based on my experience, I can recommend the Warby Parker store at Christiana Mall.
