  I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this dental office this afternoon. After waiting 30 minutes to even be seen, the hygienist, Valerie, didn't even do a regular cleaning; she immediately claimed I needed a deep cleaning on the bottom teeth and refused to clean the top teeth. Then, Dr. Richard Carrcoccia came in and tried to tell me a filling I got here in 2024 now has a cavity to push for more money. They wasted an entire hour and had the audacity to tell me the lower cleaning would cost $170. The service was pathetic, the staff was incredibly rude, and this place is nothing but a money grab. Absolutely disgusting!!! Shame on you guys!!!

  Dr. Vaughan is always terrific in both her high level dentistry skills and upbeat personality. The rest of the staff are always really good too!

  Dr. Rich, as I will call him, was the most honest, caring, and personable dentist I've ever had. I almost wish there was more wrong with my teeth so I could go back to see him, and I've never said that about any dentist. Everyone else in the office was extremely kind and helpful as well. Glad I chose to come here.

  My husband & I became patients of Progressive Dental Arts Chestnut Hill location in 2019 when we moved to the area. My hygienist moved to the Omega location which meant I ended up moving, my husband stayed at the Chestnut Hill location. Everything was great at the Omega location until July of 2026. My husband went in for his cleaning & was told that there was a $39.00 balance for me which was puzzling to us. My husband paid the balance that was owed but then I reached out to the office (the Omega location) & was told that there was a $39.00 balance owed from services back in October of 2022, 4 years ago. We NEVER received a bill in the mail & I was also NEVER advised of any balance that was owed every time I went in for a cleaning which is twice every year until 4 years later. I called my insurance company & they told me that I never owed $39.00 because all of my services were covered at 100%. Contacting the Omega office location was & is ridiculous because they have an AI assistant where you have to leave a message for a return call. I left multiple messages & never received a return call back. I had to physically go to the office & speak to the office manager named Connie Klaczkiewicz to find out what was going on with this so called balance I owed. She told me they were still looking into the matter & would get back to me. I gave them weeks to get back to me, never heard back from them & was on my way over to the office yet again when my husband called to let me know they sent me an email. The email from Connie gave a breakdown of everything but did not give an exact reason why I owed $39.00. Connie ended the email with "We consider this our final explanation regarding the account." My husband read the email & was not happy with the way the entire email was condescending towards me. He sent an email to Connie & told her to NEVER speak to him or I in the matter that they did. He received a reply that said & I will quote, "Hello Murray family, We apologize if our previous correspondence came across that way; that was not our intention." The email ended with the same exact thing as the first email, "we consider this our final explanation regarding the account." Now if they were truly sorry for speaking to us in the way they did in the first email the email wouldn't have closed with "we consider this our final explanation regarding the account" but it did! No apology from them, well Connie to be exact. However, the joke was on Connie & Progressive Dental Arts because after we went over all of our Explanation of Benefits (EOB) along with our credit card statements THEY OWED US $20.30! My husband forwarded all of that information to Connie who then ghosted us because now SHE was informed that SHE was WRONG. We gave them 72 hours to credit our credit card which they NEVER did! We contacted our credit card company & they were the ones who credited our account & are currently still trying to recover the money that Progressive Dental Arts overcharged us. I found that Dr. Bruce Fay is the dentist that owns Progressive Dental Arts as well as other dental practices & sent him an email on September 15, 2026 & as of this review that I am writing on September 27, 2026 I have not heard back from him regarding the entire matter & especially how the office manager, Connie Klaczkiewicz treated us. Every dentist, hygienist & dental assistants my husband & I dealt with as well as the staff at the Chestnut Hill location were great. The front desk staff at the Omega location are ignorant & the so called office manager Connie Klaczkiewicz needs to come down off her high horse & take multiple courses on how to deal with patients in a professional way. We will NEVER return to Progressive Dental Arts specifically due to Connie Klaczkiewicz's unprofessional attitude. If you want to deal with unprofessionalism from a so called office manager named Connie then go here but otherwise take it from me, go somewhere else! They only get a 1 star review because that was my only option but they get ZERO stars from me!
