  It was 2pm in the afternoon when the appointment withChristine began She was cordial and showed me to the test booth with instructions and comments on the test The noise resistant ear phones that started with were not operating properly and they were switched out for non resistant plug in ear phones. equipment issue She was confused as to which ear was being tested since it was late in the day and I was probably her last patient for the day.. I took the appointment months prior as a field expediency to complete a routine test (or so I thought) She declined to clear my ears after examination as she thought they did not need them “They looked pretty clear to her.”I responded yes as quickly as I could to the sounds to complete the test

  In your info, please tell people it is in the former NBNA. Complex in Newark. I was clueless and have lived in Delaware, Wilmington and Newark my entire life. GOS took me a very convoluted path.

  I had an issue with my hearing aids. My wife had an appointment so I went with her. They saw me and corrected the problem immediately. Very helpful there and never had any visits that I wasn’t satisfied.

  I was very pleased with my visit today! I was taken on time, the staff was helpful and friendly and Dr Jiao was very thorough, listened to me carefully and was concerned about my needs and I left feeling very satisfied. He was very professional and it’s been a long time since I’ve felt this way about a Dr and their staff.

  Been going to ENT Allergy since I was a tot! Beautiful people who really care about their patients. I used to have really terrible asthma and food allergies. Today I can say that I haven't had an asthma attack in at least 8 years because of their informative and understanding doctors, advocates, and staff!!! Get you an appointment with them if you need it, you'll be in good hands! :)
