  Dr Teixeido is an exceptional doctor and human being. I have been struggling for 2 years, seeing many specialists, with no relief. Dr Teixeido listened, asked many questions, examined me, looked at my symptoms, and came up with a plan. I feel very confident that he is solving my issues, and I feel very fortunate to have met him. Exceptionally brilliant doctor, with compassion.

  Jen was friendly and patient and spoke in a way that made me feel secure and knowing she was part of my care team. She was kind and understanding and provided comfort and explaining that I was the right place to get the help I needed. She never minimized my symptoms but acknowledged them.

  I have yet to place an appointment at this establishment because the receptionist are rude and inconveniencing. They use a stupid calling service so I end up playing phone tag for a week. so I say OK I’m gonna go in and stop beating around the bush cause I need an appointment. I’ve been having allergic reactions to the point of passing out for weeks, and not knowing to what. I go in and they happen to be a little busier, waiting in line for a couple minutes. They have a sign that mentions keeping distance for privacy, and I laughed because I could hear every word the receptionist were saying anyways. Knowing they’re busy, when I walk up I’m prompt with what I need. All I need to do is schedule an appointment (because their calling service is so useless). I had my insurance and out and everything. She tells me she couldn’t schedule me because they’re “too busy,” and they’re “trying to see patients.” last time I checked the receptionist aren’t the ones who see the patients? You put my name in and my birthday on a time slot for two weeks from now it takes five seconds. I went to MA school. I know how the medical coding works. I don’t care what the hell she was frustrated about she didn’t we didn’t talking to me or any other person in that establishment the way that she did and they’re answering service is about as useless as calling a McDonald’s to get allergy tested because they couldn’t take two extra seconds to retype in my insurance after saying they couldn’t find it. I know I have insurance, like obviously. This is so annoying and inconveniencing I’d rather die of an allergic reaction.
