  I had vestibular testing done here with Zakia. I was nervous going into it but she made my time there enjoyable. The tests were strange but she made everything so comfortable and easy. She is perfect at what she does and did an amazing job explaining everything. I hope I don't need anymore testing but if I do, I'm going to Zakia.

  My ENT visit with the vestibular department went well. The tech that performed my testing was exceptional. She made a note so welcoming testing procedure pleasant and tolerable. What a beautiful spirit she has. I can tell she loves what she does and love helping her patients try and find answers to their questions

  Was not impressed at all. I felt rushed and not heard. I spent more time in the waiting room than I did talking with the doctor. I was basically told that I needed surgery and to schedule a preop and all my problems would be solved. It felt to me like he could not be bothered with me and I was wasting his time. I will not be going back there.

  Dr. Teixido is always kind and very thorough. He takes the time to listen carefully, examines everything in detail, and explains the diagnosis in a way that is easy to understand. I also really appreciate how he creates a clear step-by-step treatment plan instead of rushing through the visit. Dr. Teixido and his staff are always friendly, professional, and caring. I feel very comfortable and well taken care of every time I visit. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I’ve received and would highly recommend him.

  This is a follow-up from a previous negative review I posted several months ago. Against my better judgment, I continued my allergy drop treatment with ENTAD. After my first bottle of drops, I asked my “doctor” some questions about the composition. Studies in Europe which show efficacy for allergy drops generally use drops which are >5X concentrated relative to allergy shots (higher concentration is required to drive transport through absorption as opposed to injection). My “doctor” confidently told me that the drops were at least 5X more concentrated than the allergy drops. I came so very close to just accepting that answer (why on earth would she lie about something so simple?), but, fortunately, I asked to see a printout of the mixing recipe. She provided a copy of the drops recipe side by side with the shots recipe. Looking at the sheet, I quickly saw that she was adding 5X more VOLUME of allergy extract to the drops mixture, but the final TOTAL volume of the drops mixture was also significantly higher. I did the math with her pen on the bottom of the sheet and showed her that the drops were only 40% more concentrated, not 5-fold more concentrated as she claimed (as any C- freshman chemistry student should be able to figure out just by looking)… I’ve developed a relatively low opinion of the medical field in recent years, and the practitioners at ENTAD in particular, but even I was totally shocked by this level of dishonesty and/or incompetence. I’m not sure if she was lying about the 5X concentration or honestly didn’t know the difference… My opinion is that she didn’t know (which is probably worse), since she happily shared the recipe with me and got VERY quiet very fast when I showed her the numbers… She was probably thinking of the hundreds of people she had been happily selling placebo juice to over the years. All I can say is, don’t walk, don’t run, but SPRINT as fast as you can in the opposite direction from ENTAD.
