    I Recently had a surgery with Dr hockenstein everything went smooth and calm and everyone made me feel comfortable it was a successful surgery and the result are great.

    5/19/26(one week later) I did all that. And that's where the issue lies. I didn't call the office as well. They claim they cannot see any of my messages. And real name was used & still same conclusion so not sure what difference my Google name makes when my real name and real information was on the portal itself but carry on. This is why I gave one star. Review made a week b4 above response: You guys are still ignoring or erasing my messages i send in patient portal about concerns. And do not respond to me or get back to me and when I called the scheduler said she cannot see the message I sent on May 11th 2026. Ongoing issue see last review. I don't feel safe coming to your office due to these issues. It's 2026 and still being overlooked is CRAZY

    My second visit and even more impressed this time. Although my first visit was met with an hour long wait, this time I was seen punctually, with little to no wait time.

    I had an annual checkup with my doctor. He adjusted my hearing aids and gave me additional guidance on wearing them. I am very fortunate to have been referred to this practice. It is excellent!

    I am more than happy to share my experience at my visit. The first visit I was not able to complete the testing. I had a migraine. Today was my second trip for testing and I must say both times the technician was absolutely superb! She made sure that I was comfortable. She made sure that I understood the instructions. Also, she had to walk me to the vehicle the first time. I pray you keep such staff as this young lady. God bless! Mrs. Gibbs
