I followed up with a phone call today and in speaking with a staff member I learned that the pharmacist received it, but that they "don't do that here", yet nobody bothered to notify me. Sounds like there is a big communication gap between the pharmacists and their staff. Very disappointed to learn I would have been waiting indefinitely for my Rx.
