Dr. Yacoub and Jennifer took on both of my parents on short notice last fall. I would be lost without their care, attention and kindness. Dr. Yacoub is a very active and empathetic listener and very knowledgeable. Grateful for his service.

Hello my name is Jessica Rene Pardo and I am one of Carl R. Yacoubs Epilepsy patients. I absolutely LOVE the way he treats me as a person and as a patient. He’s highly attentive to my epileptic needs aside from my medication he also is attentive to what triggers my epilepsy and accommodates me whenever I come into see him in person and through our Telehealth appointments. I have had epilepsy since I was a child, I’m originally from California and was established with a neurologist at Kaiser in which my mother also has worked for Kaiser since before I was born. Carl R. Yacoub In my personal opinion has treated me as good or better than an all of the staff at Kaiser! He is so RESPECTFUL with perfect manners that I will never leave him as a patient, also in my opinion he should replace some of the neurologists at Kaiser. Carl R. Yacoub is perfect in his profession, I have no complaints whatsoever!

Same as others reported. Such a strange experience. The Dr. seemed great the first visit, then totally ignored my repeated calls for help with my prescription. Something is off with him and his practice. Sadly, now I’m back at square one looking for a neurologist. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Yacoub is very nice but his office is very inept they don't return phone calls and I'm still waiting on my results from over the summer, my primary can't even get the results and I've been left in pain since thank God for my primary to help with pain management I finally had to file a complaint with Cigna, they couldn't believe what I've been through and I'm supposed to be tested for MS no other neurologist will see my until they speak with Dr. Yacoub but they can't get through to him.

I have been a patient for a little while. I had a mini stroke in Dec as i was calling around to find a doctor i called Dr. Yacoub office 2 hours later he called me back. I was scared to death everything going on with me i was having heart PVCs and so many different things, the hospital told us things but didnt really explain them. After just talking to Dr Yacoub for about 15 minutes on the phone to set up my 1st appointment he made me feel better and a little relaxed. We set up an appointment and when i arrived his office was very clean and Dr. Yacoub staffed greeted us and was really nice and helpful with some of the forms. I only waited a couple minutes and as i did i could hear his staff answeing the phone and even returning calls. When i saw the doctor for my 1st visited he listened to everything we had to say never interrupted us once which was so nice. Dr. Yalcoub really listened to everything and he asked us a ton of questions and really showed us he cared and waited to help. I can say he is very dedicated to finding out whats wrong and helping me get better. I can honestly say i am not very trusting and i dont open up to many people but I Truely Trust Dr Yalcoub and feel so comfortable talking to him. If your looking for a Doctor who reallys cares about you and wants you to get better. GO TO DOCTOR YALCOUB!!! Youll be so happy you did.
