  Do whatever you can to NOT yes this pharmacy, even though they are the only one in the immediate area. Forget that the line is often 25 people long, they make many errors with the prescriptions. Forget example, on July 7, my doctor sent an RX to them. When I went to pick it up, a 35 minute wait in line, I was told they were out of it and to come back in 2 days. I did and was told that the doctor had cancelled the RX. When I said that wasn’t possible, the young man at the counter burned rude. I asked to speak to thr pharmacist. Warren Hill repeated the claim and even showed me screens indicating the doctor had cancelled it. I messaged the doctor and he said he hadn’t cancelled the RX. I went back and showed them the message. No apology. In early August, I was told a RX just called in would take 15 minutes and was given a number on a slip of paper and told to watch the screen for that number to appear. I waited 30 minutes, no number. It was early evening and for once no line. I went to the counter and discovered the RX had been ready 20 minutes earlier. They just didn’t put up the number er on the screen because “they forgot.” Today, I went in to pick up a RX that was being filled early because I needed it desperately. The clerk said the insurance wouldn’t pay for it until early September. I told him. I had gotten the permission to get it early. He checked with the pharmacist and was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. He gave me a number on a slip of paper. When I asked if they were really going to use the screen and cited what happened the last time, he just told me they would fill it as fast as possible and to go sit down.So I am writing this review as I wait. Go to any other place, but DON’T use Giant. Timer is up and my number hasn’t appeared.

  Never have i had a pharmacy run out of a medication and it not be available. The staff are usually as helpful as they can be. I cant blame them for the ridiculous amount of patients they have to serve. But running out of important medications seems irresponsible.

  Received message that prescriptions were ready to be picked up. Drove over, waited in line 20 minutes and then was told they wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The pharmacist wasn’t rude, but was not apologetic at all. Simply stated “I don’t control the messages that go out. Did you call to see if they were ready?” No I didn’t call, I received a message that they were ready to be picked up. Now I have to wait 30 minutes or more, then get in line again for another however many minutes. So picking up prescriptions that are supposedly ready becomes an hour, or more, ordeal. Do better Giant.
