  I can’t say enough great things about this doctor’s office. Every time I visit, I’m greeted by a friendly, professional, and caring staff who always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They are patient, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their patients. The office is always spotless, organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit even more comfortable. I’ve never had a negative experience here, and I truly appreciate the consistency and excellent care they provide. It’s refreshing to find a medical office that values kindness, professionalism, and cleanliness.   Today was my first visit to ENT & Allergy of Delaware, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The front desk receptionist was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The next person I met was Ms. Vilmarie, who administered my hearing test. When I say she was absolutely amazing, that still doesn't fully describe how wonderful she was. After I explained why I was there, she asked other questions that led our conversation in another direction; just say life has been life-ing. She offered me one of the best hugs I've ever received and spoke such encouraging words to me. Her positive, caring, and uplifting spirit made what I thought would be a difficult test feel easy and comfortable. Thank you Vilmarie, for truly making my day! Dr. Patel was excellent-knowledgeable, friendly, and clear in explaining exactly what was going on with my ear. I left feeling informed and confident about my treatment. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend ENT & Allergy of Delaware to anyone experiencing problems with their ears, nose, or throat. The entire staff made me feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.

  Dr Patel is open to listening a very good sign of a good Dr as well as a very nice demeanor. I like his game plan to help resolve issues I am having. Ct scan testing is next on the agenda.Thus far he has my Good Housekeeping seal of approval. Frank Cimino

  12/10 do NOT recommend this office to ANYONE! I have had them tell me 3 times now that they can't see me because I was 1 minutes past their cut off time. I live 40 minutes away because there is no other allergist close by amd because Delaware is insane with traffic they won't see me. 7 days off my allergy meds and they refused to do my testing.
