He has gone above and beyond to help and assist in my family members care, needs, and our transition. His attention to details and follow up shows in every step and process. His leadership, dedication, open communication and pursuit for excellence shows in all areas of Bay Terrace. Coupled with his eagerness to help and postive personally truly makes Bay Terrace a wonderful place. Down to each member of the staff who work tirelessly to attend to my family members needs. They are truly an outstanding complement of the Leadership, Administrative Team, including the Frontline workers who are attentive and caring, thank you Bay Terrace!
