  The studio is clean, neat and provides good ambience for students practicing Pilates. The coaches are very nice and supportive. The admin staffs are friendly and very helpful.

  After going years without a regular exercise routine, I was nervous about joining Club Pilates. Stepping outside my comfort zone wasn't easy, but it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Every class has helped me grow stronger, more confident, and reminded me that it's never too late to invest in yourself. I'm so grateful I took that first step.

  I recently attended my very first beginner Pilates class here, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The instructor was incredibly professional and guided us through the movements at a perfect pace, making sure everyone felt comfortable. I definitely felt like I got a great workout in, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Plus, signing up for future classes was a breeze, making the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.

  Instructor took the time during the intro class to go over equipment anatomy which really helped during the class! She also stayed after to answer any questions anyone had, and was overall very sweet and created a welcoming environment!
