Assist the public with Criminal Summons, Marriages, Warrants and accept bonds for people in custody at Detention Center. Marriages are performed by appointment only. If anyone getting married does not speak or understand English you must come and fill out a form requesting a AOC interpretor to be present at the wedding. Then a wedding date will be set at least 10 days out after getting form filled out.
Holidays Magistrate's will be on call for emergency issues.
There is also an office located inside the Hickory Police Department.
