  Did I just come on a really bad day? My first impression was that the place was much emptier than I expected. It seemed like there were only two employees working: one at the bar and one covering the bowling and game area. My two kids and I were the only other people bowling when we arrived. After a minute, we were the only ones left, aside from two guys at the bar. After getting our lane, I asked the woman we paid how to order food. Twice, she told me to order from the bartender. There was absolutely no one else to serve besides the two men at the bar. Even after I asked again and was told she would get someone to help us, an hour passed without anyone assisting us—not even a glance in our direction. Meanwhile, the bartender was chatting with employees and watching football. How does this place stay in business? If I worked there, I’d at least want to make some tips. We ended up going somewhere else for dinner. No one seemed to care that we were there or bothered to check on us. Terrible food service aside, the place seemed run-down. Our bumper was broken, so an employee had to put it down manually. The lane next to us was broken as well, yet she still managed to place us right beside the only other people who were bowling when we arrived. What an odd way to run a business.

  Our family had a wonderful afternoon bowling at your establishment. We enjoyed all your beauty, the underwater creatures & large subjects that surrounded us. The overcast darkness & blue effects made us feel like we were visiting an under water world. We had lots of fun & look forward to a future visit. Your staff members were extra helpful & friendly, while explaining the process. Thank You.

  I just have to say that our waitress there tonight, Jamie, was the best! The service was outstanding, she was always pleasant, smiling and helpful. If we could give her 10 stars we would. Thank you so much!

  Kids loved bowling and the arcade. Our server was rude and seemed so bothered to have to do her job. Food was disappointing. Part of our order came out cold and when I asked for it to be warmed up( not remade, just warmed up!) the attitude was obvious. Unfortunate because it could be a great place all around.
