  You need to hire more people or take FEWER online orders for a given time slot. I waited in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes, and when I get to the window, they haven’t even started my order. Then I waited another seven minutes as other orders were made. It looked like the staff must be prioritizing inside carryout orders. The drive-through line was around the building, and there is no way to exit the line once you get in, great planning. Furthermore, no napkins or utensils included as stated on the order, which is a major inconvenience. Finally, when I went inside the other day, I was shocked at how slow the ordering process was once I got to the front of the line. I understand new staff need to be trained, but you have to do something to limit the online orders until you can get them up to speed. I will try again in a few weeks.

  Worst chipotle in the area…my order is always wrong and under paportioned when I order online. And even when I go in person the servings are still super small compared to other chipotles in the area. Your better off going to Mansfield

  Made an online order, walked in. Had my order within a 3-4 minutes. Very friendly, yes it was busy but it's a new location. I wish everyone who is putting these bad reviews would understand it takes time. Most likely new workers who just started so cut them some slack.... So to all of you customers who get mad about waiting in line for 30 minutes. God forbid you have to wait your turn and can't fill your gullet in a spand of 5 minutes.... Make it online, don't go in early, go in right on time and you'll get your order quick and easy. No waiting in line. Maybe a few minutes tops....

  I went on a sunday and it was so busy I felt very rushed, everyone was very respectful. If i had one piece of advice for this establishment I would invest in a second food station to accommodate the amount of people. This would allow more time for the customer to make food choices instead of being rushed through the line. The food was excellent and they were fully stocked .

  Cons: The space is way too small and can’t hold enough people. The AC was leaking on the tables & floors, which forced a family to move tables. The pickup counter wasn’t available, so I didn’t know my food was ready. Pros: The food was decent. Had a very nice worker help me with my order.
