  This was their version of extra brown rice, extra cheese, extra sour cream. This was a huge disappointment. Please slow down and keep the quality of the brand!

  12:30 pm on Aug 11 ,26 I came in to have a bowl customer service from the ladies handling the serving were so nice ☺️ I paid attention to the cook you can tell off the back he is a very good worker he was working very hard preparing the meat . The cashier was lovely she was in training the girl handling the drive through was quick although chips were stale so I asked if I could get another batch anf the manager I'm assuming white male about 5 '9/10 said he could but they all get made fresh so ...... ?? ...So I said okay well nevermind I knew I was just getting the same thing if having your chips out sitting maybe y'all should change that cause their going stale .maybe next time just give the customer what their asking for and if the chips are still the problem offer a solution for the customers accommodations ..... It's called customer service maybe was needs to change is management cause that's were I saw the problem

  Very dirty on the inside, tables not clean at all. Trash is overflowing. Unorganized area where the forks and napkins are kept. Not a well kept area. Decent service

  short Hispanic manager is so rude i mistakenly ordered ordered a burrito on the app and I wanted a bowl instead she ignored me in wasn’t trying to satisfy me at all. She just told me she couldn’t do it and walked away. Very sad and disrespectful.

  Honestly, the portion sizes are great! It took a little while to get my order the very first time, but understandably, it was their first week of opening. I do like the option for mobile pickup, even though the majority of the time I just have it delivered. I will say that the Chipotle in Mansfield off Broad is, let's just say, subpar, and I was worried that this one would be the exact same. Kudos to management; hopefully, you all uphold the standard.
