  This is the second time I have been to this location. The first time the meat was overly seasoned and the corn was so spicy I couldn't eat it. This time we did a family order totaling to $65. My kids quesadillas cheese was barely melted. The meat for me and my son was so overly seasoned we couldn't eat it. The steak wasn't the best quality either. A few bites were spit out because it was not chewable. My carnitas were salty, steak over seasoned, corn so spicy and full of juice it was uneditable. Everyone played over their food and through it away. The rice was hard in some spots and salty. Terrible experience

  I come to this location often and for a majority of the time the night shift is great. I have more issue with the serving sizes of the day shift. I got my usual 3pt and today the young lady gave me a serving size of 1 and charged me for two , had to ask several times for more rice , more meat. She was putting protein back after not even filling up the spoon that they use for proper serving. It’s ridiculous for the amount paid at chipotle.

  I probably won’t be returning to this location just to be honest I got half chicken and half steak and he didn’t even use a whole spoon. He used like half of the front part barely any chicken to be honest I didn’t make a fuss about it because the line was long And apparently they only take exact cash which is cool, I understand, but kind of inconvenient to be honest and I felt super rushed

  I’m a big fan of Chipotle and normally eat at the Midlothian location about three times a week. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, so I’ve always supported this location. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. The portions served by the person working the line were extremely small—about half a spoonful of rice and the same with the chicken. The inconsistency in portion sizes seems to be getting worse every time I visit. I understand that portions may vary slightly, but what I received today was not a fair portion for the price I paid. As a regular customer, I hope management can address this issue and make sure portions are more consistent for everyone.

  I’m new to Chipotle, but after this experience, I now understand some of the negative reviews. I ordered a burrito at this location, and the amount of rice they initially tried to put on it was extremely small. I politely asked if they could add more, and I was told I needed to wait. Then another employee took over and added about 1/4 scoop of salsa—honestly, a salsa packet contains more. When I politely asked for a little more, she did add some, but did so with an eye roll. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily frustrating and unwelcoming. This location definitely needs improvement in both customer service and portion consistency. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and works with the staff to provide a better experience for customers.
