  Sharing a HORRIBLE experience I had here last Saturday evening. This is our go to spot for Gattis as I’m from Austin, and grew up on this place. I also worked at one for some time when I was younger. Other than the lack of friendless or logic from some of the male employees we haven’t had too many issues at this location. We drive 45 minutes to eat here a couple times a month. Last Saturday, there was a new employee that we haven’t seen before - shorter, African American woman probably in her late 30s and she was running the front. Had absolutely zero customer service skills and upon pick up, gave me ONE pizza out of my whole total order. A one topping, and Gattis Favorites pizza, and ranch cups. First off, she claimed she didn’t see there was a second pizza to make when it was on the receipt and sticker on box clear as day. All she made was the one topping. So after 20 minutes of waiting, I gave her ANOTHER 20 minutes to make the other pizza. After paying for the 6oz ranch cups, she had tried to give my husband the 2oz cups (for $4.38) and told him that’s what he paid for. I obviously knew this was incorrect, and showed her the receipt showing 6oz cups which is a big difference. After arguing with me and calling her manager on the phone, who told her she was mistaken as I told her, they slammed the ranch cups down and walked off. After paying, she also tried to tell my husband she couldn’t give him any change ($1 something) because she had no change in her drawer and then stared at him as if he was going to accept that for an answer. She then proceeded to roll her eyes, sigh and say she will go get change from the back. After receiving the second pizza, she made the order incorrect and gave me (2) one topping pizzas and not a Gattis Favorite pizza like I paid for and they were already closing at this point of spending an hour there with all of this mess. Met with classless attitude, zero logic and the woman was so high she could barely open her eyes. We watched as she treated the other male employee bad and kept making excuses for her laziness, example; she couldn’t mop the floor because her arms hurt too bad so the floor stayed dirty. Not one person smiled, greeted us, thanked us. We were left in pure disgust to the point that I have now reported this location to corporate and we will never step foot in here again after a year of consistent visits and spending money. BEWARE and save your time!!

  Says it's a buffet but it is not. Only sell pizza by the slice.

  We have just started ordering with Mr. Gatti’s so we would get the sampler and it was great, now they are adding something to it that is cayenne pepper hot and we can’t eat the pizza. They have a high turn over with there employees. The ones they have now hide in the back waiting for the bell to chime so they will come out and my order said 11:30 pick up they were still working on the dough and the pepperoni rolls were over cooked. I’m not going to order again because the pizza has never been so spicy hot you can’t eat it. The owner needs to fix the problem before they close their doors. It’s an employee issue and I don’t know what they are adding to the pizza to make it that spicy my father is elderly with digestive issues. He loved the pizza but not anymore.

  Food is great and the service is excellent! I especially love the pepperoni rolls and Kisha was very helpful and polite. I'll definitely be back.
