  The McDonalds in kilgore tx has gotten ridiculous never get the orders right everything I go here I told them no cheese several times even asked the guy who took my order when I got to the window to pay. Get the food get home and it has extra cheese on it ... not sure if its a language barrier or what but this needs to be fixed can't even get your order right smh 🤦

  We haven't stopped at the play place for the kids in forever so this was a special treat and they loved it!♡ Food was great, felt bad for the kid at the tegister bc they were way understaffed and it was obvious bc everyone kept coming back to the counter bc of tiny forgotten items like sauce or side fries. Other than that it was all perfect!

  I honestly don't know why I keep giving this place more chances. Swung through for breakfast, got home and part of our order was wrong. We didn't have time to drive back so I attempted to call. 8 attempts at calling the phone number provided on the receipt and NO ONE will answer the phone. I am sure there are some McDonald's that actually care about customer service, but this isn't one of them. Drive pass this one and pray for better luck at another location. We won't be back to this location.

  The food is just typical McDonalds, The Service is absolutely horrible,18 Minutes in the Curbside Spot waiting,Go Inside and the Place is just completely filthy,My last trip in this place guaranteed

  Foods great, service is fine, wish the playplace was bigger, also don't like that they got rid of one of the glow tables
