I ordered my food and asked what a popular coffee drink is and she delayed and plainly replied coffee... She handed mey bag of donuts with no thank you, have a nice day or KMA. I am sure getting quality workers is a hard task these days because no one wants to work. Customer service is apparently not a priority. Do better.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
