  I never thought I would have to leave such a low review but after my experiences since the new manger took over my thoughts have changed. I used to come through the line to see some of my favorite employees who would come out and say hello, and now only the person taking my order interacts with me. apparently they were told they could no longer all come say hello. I've driven by while the manger was outside crying which is a bad look for her and honestly one of the first times I've seen her since she took over because it appears she's never there. it also appears as if they are out of things more often now then before. It's such a shame management is starting to ruin a place with such good employees. the only reason im leaving two stars is because the employees are great and so is the coffee. I sure hope the management gets better especially for a place who's saying is cultivating kindness and it appears that's the opposite of what they are bringing into such a wonderful place. management -10/10 employees 100/10

  Parker was the absolute SWEETEST taking care of me today! My coffee was made perfectly and quickly, and Parker made what little wait there was super fun. I absolutely love this location and can't wait to come back!

  Parker was AMAZING!! I’ve never been here and she recommended me a Lemonberry 7engery drink and it’s was fantastic!!! Lily and I thought she was very helpful and such a joy to be around!! Can’t wait to see her again

  7 brew Kilgore location is the best there is. They are always upbeat and friendly. I have tried to tag them on Facebook several times to compliment, but the location still isn’t set up there, or a page. PARKER did excellent today and the entire staff is amazing. The Christian music was a a great, uplifting surprise today!

  we drove through the drivethrough twice in search of the perfect bubblegum drink, first time kinda sucked but second time...you guys really killed it thank you so much tl all of the kind deticated workers to making it happen. you guys just switched my team 7brew>>>>>starbucks
