  I got the Crispy Jalapeño herb chicken bowl with garlic fried rice….holy…I haven’t had much good food experiences here in Fort Worth and this place is a freaking 10 outta 10! You can tell they put love into their food cuz my taste buds have died and gone to flavatown heaven😇

  I was super excited to try Bowls of Rice tonight. The flavor of the steak was good, but the steak itself was not fresh or hot when I received it. The steak bites were also stuck together because the fat/connective pieces were still attached, almost like the steak was not cut all the way through before being served. I did place my order about 20 minutes before closing, so I’m not sure if that may have affected the quality or freshness of the food, but I was honestly disappointed with how the meal was presented. I also live 40 minutes away, so it was frustrating to get home and realize the food was not prepared the way I expected. I was really looking forward to trying your restaurant and just wanted to share my experience.

  I am currently in Medical City with my fiancée, I’m not from this area and neither is he, we were transferred here on a random Thursday to then find out he has cancer. This has put our whole life on pause and made our new home the hospital room. I found this restaurant on Uber Eats the first few days we were here, we are both pretty picky but love a simple meal with good flavor. I decided to give this place a try and the food was amazing and reminded us so much of a home cooked meal. I ordered every few days just to break up the constant hospital food and because I might have been craving more. This past Wednesday I found a note in my bag, just a quick sweet note from the kitchen telling me things will get better and I got this. This was something that I didn’t realize I needed to hear too going through this process. So from the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone who works here, it meant so much to me and my fiancée. It reminded us both that no matter how far from home you may be there are still people around who care even if they don’t know you personally. So if you are thinking of eating here I recommend 100/10. Great food and amazing service ❤️

  I gave BOR a try via Door Dash and I can see why they have such great reviews! Even for delivery, everything was fresh and tasty and the chicken stayed super crisp even though there was a sauce (aoli) on top. The “Small” portion size was perfect for lunch and I’m looking forward to trying other menu items in the future. And don’t sleep on the Garlic Butter Fried Rice - everyone is talking about it for good reason!

  Beware it’s one if those “ghost kitchens”. The Steak bowl is not as advertised, it’s not strips just very tough chunks, 95% grissel, 4% fat, 1% meat. Siracha aioli chicken bowl had decent flavor, chicken was very dry and stringy inside. Potstickers were your typical run of the mill frozen tasting ones, so not bad/not good . Crab rangoons somehow worse than a chinese takeout spot. For $42.54 i’m left disappointed and wishing i could get that money back , go to your normal chinese /japanese takeout spot for 1/2 the price. Would not and will not go back, *after seeing the other reviews about the steak, you’d figure some sort of change would be made and everyone should be made*
