  first time here its really good place for a date night for my boyfriend and i the drinks are amazing and they building is really clean. thank you javon checking on us making sure we having a good time

  Really disappointed with our experience at Main Event Entertainment today. We were in town for a tournament and decided to stop by to cool off and relax in between games, but the service completely ruined the experience. Not only did the kitchen mess up my son’s order by giving him fries instead of the fruit we specifically requested, but my meal was never even made at all. What made it worse was that no one ever followed up or checked on our table to make sure everyone had received their food. We sat there waiting while the rest of the party ate, and there was little communication the entire time. I understand we were part of a larger group, but poor organization and lack of attention to customers is still inexcusable. By the time they offered to make my meal, I was already disappointed and upset enough to not even want it anymore. This is honestly the first bad experience I’ve ever had at a Main Event, which makes it even more frustrating. Hopefully management works on improving communication and customer service because today’s experience was far below expectations.

  I have had the best experience planning an operation graduation event at The Main Event. That is all in thanks to GRACE M. that works there. She has been the absolute best and has been a tremendous help with the planning. Putting together this event has been stressful for me and having the biggest part of it in great hands has made it much easier for me. I really appreciate everything Grace has helped me with. Kindness, Knowledge, Communication, Friendliness, and Willingness to help achieve what our goal was has not gone unnoticed! Thank you so much!

  Didn't eat but great bar, lots of this for game time...Will definitely go for that. Also, the games are crazy fun, feeds my inner 12 year old!

  Our server, Esperanza, had poor customer service. We still had an hour left of our bowling time, but she kept asking if we were ready for the check. After we agreed, gratuity was added without explanation, even though we were a group of five. Overall, the experience felt rushed and disappointing.
