  Me and my kids took a trip to this Main Event this past weekend on Saturday, And Arturo made our visit! being extremely nice and helpful giving us directions to the restrooms and where everything was located, As well as helping us with our laser tag and even playing with us!🥹 Will most definitely be returning to this location for Arturo.❤️

  I usually have a pretty good experience here but yesterday 8-17-26 wasn't so great we went in to do the activities bowling and Lazer tag. The bowling lane we got, we kept having to hunt down someone to help us with a issues that stopped us from playing after asking twice to fix it and them blaming us for the reason it wasn't working, they finally switched us to a new lane. We got done with first game and it wouldn't let us play again so ones again I had to hunt down a employee to reset the game for us. We find him he said we are good and could play again I go check still won't let us play I turn around to let him know it's still not working and the guy is gone so ones again I have to hunt him down. Then they finally fixed it and we were able to play this went on for 2 hours before we actually got a good game without anything failing after we finished we went to go do Lazer tag and ones again we had to hunt down someone so we could play eventually we did play and left after this horrible experience and the store wasn't even busy and service was really slow

  We came on a happy hour and it was horrible. The managers excuse was "we are understaffed for slow days." I get that but as a manger myself I expect the same care towards my patients whether we are understaffed or not and if it is that bad I myself will get on the floor to help. I shouldn't have to hunt them down for help. We spent 2 hours here and we only got to play 2 rounds. We had issues with the first station and again trying to hunt down someone took up time. Beware of the happy hour! I asked if the drink I got was $5 for the happy hour and got told she would check for me. Because if it was more I was not going to get it. Waiter comes back and says yes they are happy hour. When I got my receipt it was $7! Ummm, she could of told me hey this drink isnt $5 it is $7 than I would of changed my mind and not drank!

  The level of noise in the place is expected, but the guy yelling on the intercom so loud was ridiculous. It's suppose to be a family environment, but I had to take my 9 month old out because as soon as the guy started yelling on the intercom she lost her shit which no one could talk or hear over him. Half of the games stole your credits & half the sinks, & soap dispensers didn't work in the bathroom. The ladies room had toilet paper laying on the floor with someone's shit stains on it.

  It’s my twins birthday and we were tryna do the kids bowl free but we didn’t know it ends at 5. The manager walked by and said hello. When asked if we were having fun I told him what happened. He apologized and said he’ll b right back. He came back with 3 cards so I can play with my children for a few minutes. It probably wouldn’t feel like a lot to some people but as a single mom that doesn’t have much money it was pretty special. He understood how important this day was to us.
