  We had a great experience at Wingstop in Winchester. The place was clean, and the wings were delicious with plenty of flavors to choose from. I also liked that they have a chart showing the spice levels, which makes it easier to pick the right flavor if you're not sure how spicy you want your wings. The Voodoo Fries were also very good and definitely worth trying. Overall, great food, a clean place, and lots of flavor options.

  My experience at Wingstop wasn’t the best. In my opinion, Nick came across as very rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable. On the other hand, Jameeria was very sweet, respectful, and provided great customer service despite the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the overall vibe of the restaurant felt negative, and many of the customers seemed unhappy or miserable while waiting. Jameeria was definitely the highlight of the visit. The food wasn’t the best it definitely could have been alot better fresh

  This was one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Got to counter to order and the lady working asked me, “If you can wait just one sec?” She then took a personal phone call and started counting up her drawer. She carried on a conversation on her cell about how her drawer wasn’t adding up. I waited and watched her count up bills and then quarters, nickels, dimes... she was happy to waste my time while she counted pennies. So instead, I scanned the QR code for take out and placed an order online right there in the store, standing at the register. I get that this lady wanted to get off work but this was totally unprofessional. Waited for my order in store and then the interaction retrieving my order from behind the counter was also strange. None of the workers there seem interested in providing any standard of customer service. Staff seem apathetic. Food is fine. They add a little sugar to the seasoned fries.
