  45 minutes for an order that was already made online. I dealt with then. He screwed my order up. They're rude about screwing up my order and they throw my food in the thing so my food come out of the container and now have chicken sauce all over my car, I will never eat at the one in Deckard again, Decker, Tennessee avoided the 1 in tallaha. Is kind polite and never screw up my order. And I eat at wingstop 2 to 3 times a week. I am very, very disappointed.I wasted my money at the Deckard location.I appreciate it if someone from corporate got in touch with me too cause I really really think you need to straighten the start out because it's the second time they've treatment badly and screwed up my order

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. While I was waiting for my order, I overheard the general manager, Nick, make a very strange and unprofessional comment to a young customer. It immediately made me uncomfortable and didn’t seem appropriate for someone in a management position. When it was finally my turn, Nick was rude, impatient, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the chicken strips I was served were obviously old hard, crunchy, and difficult to eat instead of being fresh and crispy. The only bright spot during my visit was a dark haired female employee who appeared to be another manager. Even though she was just clocking in, she treated me with kindness and professionalism. She made me fresh fries, and they were hot and delicious. She was the only reason the experience wasn’t a complete disaster. Customer service starts at the top, and based on this visit, management at this location needs serious improvement. I won’t be returning unless major changes are made.
