  Why have 2 drive though lanes and only one person attending the call box? I got to the box and was told to wait, then another vehicle pulled into the other lane and was served first. Not that terrible. When we ordered we had to "pull up" and wait. There's no safe place to pull up without blocking traffic. Food was good as always though. I won't go back to this particular one again, but I like Arby's in general.

  Pretty good, the process is a little slow, it takes a little longer than expected to get your food, but I think its worth it. It is normally delicious and very consistent between visits.

  We had the best food and service tonight at Arby's in Winchester in the drive thru. Thank you very much

  Way better than lame Wendy's that had a moldy smell once we had walked through those doors in Winchester, Tn. That is a huge health hazard. Arby's is clean & service was excellent!! Please Arby's. Down start to run down like these other fast food franchise are happening.

  Slow. I had to explain my drive-thru order twice, and had to wait 7 min for their best selling sandwich combo.
