  Slow. I had to explain my drive-thru order twice, and had to wait 7 min for their best selling sandwich combo.

  Sit in line for 34 min - location has 2 lines - car in front of me sit too - they were taken g 3-4 car on line one to every one car on two .. finally 2 cars n my self left . Spend my whole lunch time sitting in line n had no lunch

  This is the WORST experience I have had at any restaurant in a very long time. Arby's you need to learn to ask drive thru customers to move forward or park when their order is not ready. I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. I finally get my order. I asked if the sauces were in the bag. The lady immediately responded probably not, what would you like? I had two buffalo chicken sliders on my order (plus more items). I received one slider and it is NOT a buffalo chicken slider. My food is cold, probably from waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru. You need to get better organization for your drive thru customers. Sonic has better mozzarella sticks. Maybe because theirs are hot, not cold. Don't try calling, they don't answer.

  I thought this place was very clean. My food wasn't slopped on the bread, the taste was in point! THEY GIVE AN ACTUAL FULL CUP OF CHEESE. Since I have to pay for a cup I want a FULL one and they served it up.
