  This location never fails to disappoint me. I’ve had several instances where I ordered the Twisted flamingo and it was incorrect and usually they just fix it, no problem, but this time was different. We ordered online and only got two drinks. The r44 twisted flamingo had no sweet cream and hardly any cherry flavor. it was just pink sprite basically. We pulled up to a speaker to explain the situation where the employee did not apologize and just asked us if we wanted a cup of sweet cream to put in it. we politely said no and asked for it to be remade and they brought out a medium even though we specified that it was a r44 but we didn’t wanna say anything. it could’ve been an honest mistake, but the way the employee handled the situation made it seem otherwise. goodlettsville is the best location if you want quick and kind service plus good food/drinks. this location has always sucked :/

  Food was fine but it took forever. I guess they take each order as they come even if one order has a bunch of cooked items and the next has two drinks.

  Food was fine and staff are friendly but service is always slow. You can order online and show up 10 mins after the order complete time and you will still wait another 10 mins.

  Great staff, who got our order correct and served to us within minutes of placing our order. The tots were super hot, and crispy, just the way you want them. The sandwiches were fresh and hot too. A very nice experience all around.
