  After being regular customers of the White House Papa John’s for years, we stopped eating there for 1+years. This was due to frequently cold and/or missing toppings experiences. Roughly a year ago we started eating there more frequently again and was overall happy. However, 4/5 last times of ordering the works with it plainly stating all toppings they have excluded toppings every time. This evening being mushrooms. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something and not receive it as ordered, this is literal point of a pizza place… to prepare pizzas as ordered. If they have ran out of a topping/product they should be more efficient at updating their systems to reflect what is out of stock. In addition to missing mushrooms this evening, the other items were received at lukewarm warm temps compared to the works pizza. If you decide to choose their restaurant be sure to open and inspect every box.

  Pizza never shows up even after 2 to 3 hours. I was quoted 40 minutes the 3 seperate nights I tried to order. The one time they did bring our food they just left it on the porche with no knock at the door or doorbell. I've been on hold for 40 minutes trying to figure out where the food my family is waiting for 3 hours ago is. They could atleast let us know they are not coming so we could get other food.
